WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

shape shape shape

This policy has been established to provide employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders with a clear avenue to raise concerns regarding any activity that is inconsistent with Navalai Group’s commitment to the highest standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct.

We are committed to fostering an environment of integrity and open communication. This policy also provides safeguards to protect individuals from retaliation or victimisation when concerns are raised in good faith.

Scope of the Policy

The Whistleblower Policy aims to address important matters that could harm the company, such as actions that:

  • May lead to incorrect or misleading financial reporting
  • Are inconsistent with company policies, standards, or procedures
  • Could damage the reputation or image of Navalai Group
  • Violate the core values and principles of the organisation
  • Are unlawful or non-compliant with applicable regulations
  • Sharing confidential or proprietary company information without authorization
  • Posting content that could harm the company’s reputation or image
  • Circulating false, misleading, or malicious information
  • Engaging in unlawful online activities using company resources
  • Constitute harassment, discrimination, or other forms of improper conduct

Raising a Concern

  • Whistleblowers (employees, vendors, or customers) are not required to prove the truth of an allegation. They only need to demonstrate to the Ombudsperson/Whistleblower Officer that sufficient grounds exist for concern.
  • Concerns may be raised in writing, through email, or via other secure reporting channels provided by the company.
  • While every effort will be made to protect the whistleblower’s identity, providing contact information helps in clarifying issues during investigation.
  • Anonymous complaints will generally not be investigated, unless the seriousness of the matter warrants independent review.

Malicious or knowingly false allegations may result in appropriate disciplinary action.

Protection & Safeguards

  • o Navalai Group is committed to ensuring that whistleblowers are not subjected to retaliation, harassment, or victimisation for raising genuine concerns in good faith.
  • o All complaints will be treated confidentially, subject to legal and investigative requirements.
  • o The company will ensure fair and unbiased investigation of all reported concerns.

The Whistleblower Officer at Navalai Group has been authorised to receive complaints under this policy and to ensure that they are reviewed and acted upon appropriately.
